I am a Classically Trained Chef and Culinarian with over 30 years in the Travel Industry. Food is my passion, Travel is my inspiration. I decided to marry them both and their offspring is Eat.Drink.Travels. I've had the pleasure of combining food and travel into curated, bespoke travel excursions for guests worldwide. I'm a Miami Native, Mother of five, including my beloved 7 lb Yorkie Fur Baby Coco Chanel. My Grands call me GIGI. I've adopted the name to stand for God Is Good Infinitely; thus Chef Gigi was born!
For the past 12 years, I've lived in the suburbs of Atlanta. When I'm not traveling or planning unique, one-of-a- kind food and wine adventures for guests, I love to spend my weekends exploring the best nearby Restaurants and Wine shops, or visiting our local Farmers Markets, picking up the latest seasonal produce, packing a picnic basket with my fav bubbly and exploring the wine vineyards and other hidden gems.
I fell in love with traveling because of my grandfather, a retired Eastern Airlines employee. He shared photographs and stories of his and my grandmothers journeys, which instilled in me a sense of wanderlust and excitement about faraway lands. I wanted desperately to follow in his footsteps. I've traveled and eaten my way through three continents, 25 countries, and sailed over two oceans. My second love affair has always been food. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, the knowledge I gained, along with my extensive passion for travel, made the perfect recipe for creating incredible cultural encounters. Before I knew it..I was planning customized culinary adventures for folks that captured the very essence of a destination, while embracing the heart and soul of its local cuisine. Viola!

My first visit to France was magical. While boarding a TGV in Paris heading to Loire Valley, I mistakenly hopped on the wrong train, and ended up in Saint-Gervais France. The picturesque snow capped mountains of the French Alps were breathtakingly beautiful. We stumbled onto this quaint, quiet mountain spa town, that boasts some of the worlds best skiing and a food lovers paradise that did not disappoint.
Making the most of our fumble, we enjoyed an exceptional gourmet experience at the fabulous Le Source Restaurant, where the Chef passionately designed his dishes according to the seasons, using the best produce from land and sea.
The richness of the local cuisine took our taste buds on a flavorful journey. We found this hidden Alpine resort to have a wide variety of restaurants for all taste and made for delicious culinary discoveries. This was all accompanied by excellent French wines of 'course, and to top it all off, unforgettable views of Mont Blanc.
I recall thinking, it doesn't get any better than this!
